Most firms start with a Strategy Session or a Roadmap and continue with Advisory. Fees are credited when you move up.

Your strategic systems lead, month after month. 3-month minimum, limited to 6 firms.

- Month 1: a Systems Snapshot, a one-page map of how your firm runs and your top 5 priorities
- Two 90-minute strategy sessions a month
- Direct access between sessions, with an answer within one working day
- A second opinion before you commit to tools, hires, vendors or new processes
- A 90-day plan, reviewed quarterly with your leadership against a scorecard
- Oversight of the build, by your team or Proprium (building priced separately)

Systems Roadmap
from €15,000
A full diagnosis of how your firm runs, and a roadmap your leadership can act on.

- Kick-off workshop with you
- Up to 6 interviews with your team
- Review of your tools, data and documents
- Process maps of 3 to 5 core workflows, from enquiry to invoice
- Tool and data audit: keep, replace, connect, and what it costs
- A 12-month roadmap with phases, owners, timeline and budget ranges
- 90-minute presentation to your leadership, plus the written report
- 30 days of follow-up questions by email
Half-day intensive
Strategy Session

One big systems decision, made with you in a half-day.

- Questionnaire and review of your materials beforehand
- A 3-hour working session with you and up to 2 team members
- One clear decision: a tool, your structure, your next hire or what to fix first
- Written action plan within 48 hours
- One round of follow-up questions within 14 days
- Credited toward a Roadmap within 30 days

Why by application?
I take on a small number of firms at a time, so I can lead each one properly. The application helps us see where you are and what fits.
What happens after a Roadmap or Strategy Session?
You can run the plan with your own team, continue with Advisory, or have my team at Proprium build it. The Strategy Session fee is credited toward a Roadmap within 30 days.
Which tools do you work with?
SmartSuite, ClickUp, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Make, Missive and many more. I recommend what fits how your firm works, not what’s popular, and I’ll tell you when you’re paying for the promise of a tool rather than what it does for you today.
Do you work with firms outside Europe?
Yes. I work remotely with firms across Europe, the US, Canada and Australia.
