Proprium
The firm I built, and the team behind my work.
I founded Proprium in 2018. Today it’s a systems agency that sets up, connects and looks after the systems professional services firms run on, for clients across Europe, the US, Canada and Australia.

Proprium’s story
From a business plan to 400+ projects
2018
A business plan becomes a company
I wrote the plan at 26, less than a year after my master’s degree, and Proprium was born. Proprium is Latin for what makes something its own.
2020
Starting again
The pandemic cancelled every contract we had. I rebuilt the company around what clients needed most: systems that keep working when people can’t be in the room.
2023
Partnerships
Proprium became a SmartSuite partner. Today we are a Verified SmartSuite Partner and Missive Certified Partner, and Laura is a Verified ClickUp Consultant.
2024
Proprium d.o.o.
After six years as a sole proprietorship (obrt), Proprium became a limited liability company, Proprium d.o.o., in April 2024.
2026
A team of seven
400+ projects for 270+ clients in 15+ countries, from quick fixes to full systems and monthly care.
