Short biography
Laura Plantak is a business systems advisor who helps founders of professional services firms build firms that run without them. She founded Proprium in 2018, less than a year after completing a master’s degree in cultural management. Today Proprium d.o.o. is a Verified SmartSuite Partner and Missive Certified Partner, with 400+ projects for 270+ clients in 15+ countries, and she is a Verified ClickUp Consultant. Before Proprium, she led AIESEC’s local committee, winning the Best Leader Award (2013), and co-founded the cultural association KultAkt. She hosts Systems with Laura, teaches at Eduza, writes for Be Your Own Boss and co-authored 100 poduzetnica – A zašto ne i ti? (2024).
